Disturbing video involving the Chicago police department.  Don’t they get it, they are not dealing with animals. If this guy were white, do you think he would be stomped on the head?  Unfortunately, this type of activity will never stop until those least impacted by this kind of treatment become the most outraged by what happens in this video.
